Flight Beds Ticket Change and Cancellation Policy

Please read the following policies carefully before using our services. By booking through Flight Beds, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Overview

This policy applies to all bookings made directly through Flight Beds and is subject to change without prior notice. Most flights booked via Flight Beds allow for changes and cancellations, though fees may apply. Always consult your dedicated concierge for flight-specific policies.


2. Flight Changes

All changes made through Flight Beds are subject to service fees, as listed on our Changes and Cancellations page.

  • Award bookings and non-award bookings follow different rules; please verify with your concierge before finalizing.

  • Name changes on tickets are not allowed unless it’s a legal change (e.g., marriage).

  • Flight Beds is not liable for errors due to incorrect passenger names or visa issues.


3. Award Flight Change Rules & Fees
  • Changes may require fare differences based on availability.

  • Award bookings may not be refundable within 24 hours—confirm with your agent.

  • Change Fee: $250 USD per ticket after 24 hours of booking.

  • Additional airline-imposed fees may apply.

  • Cancellations typically result in future flight credits (non-refundable).


4. Non-Award Flight Change Rules & Fees
  • A $100 USD service fee per passenger applies to all non-Flight Beds inventory bookings.

  • Flight Beds Pro Members: Fee waived for members; 50% off ($50 USD) for their guests.

  • Additional fare differences may apply.

  • Change Fee: $250 USD after 24 hours, plus any airline fees.

  • Cancellations result in future credit only (not a refund).

Note:

  • Credits are airline-specific and cannot be transferred.

  • Credit rebooking depends on route, fare availability, and travel dates.

  • Expiry varies—check with your agent.


5. Involuntary Changes

In rare cases of flight disruptions due to airline-controlled issues (e.g., cancellations or delays), Flight Beds will assist with airline claim processing.

  • If downgraded, clients are encouraged to request rebooking in business class where possible.

  • Cancellation Fee: $250 USD (airline fees may apply in addition).


6. Additional Fees
  • Some airlines (e.g., JetBlue, Singapore Air) may have unique rules.

  • Changes may not be allowed within 72 hours of departure, depending on the carrier.


7. Missed Flights

If you miss a flight due to personal reasons (non-airline related delays), Flight Beds is not responsible for recovering ticket value. Rebooking must be handled directly with the airline, often with higher fare differences and restrictions.
